JAY YU

As Founder and CEO of H. Reliant, Ms. Yu brings in-depth and international experience in the corporate sector and government consulting in China, the Middle East and the USA.

Ms. Yu has worked closely with Chinese State enterprises and private entities to identify international strategic partnerships and bring them to fruition.

Her skills and experience were shaped, fine-tuned and keenly developed during her tenure as CEO of the Foundation for Globalization Cooperation, a strategic partner of the United Nations Global Alliance for Cultural Diversity and a founding member of the Global Cultural Diversity Forum. 

Along with her role as H. Reliant CEO, Ms. Yu also serves as Secretary General of the US-China Public Policy Forum hosted by Harvard Kennedy School and Chinese People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries.

T.J. SHAN

Dr. Shan worked in several startup companies in Silicon Valley in the 80ies, as principal and chief scientist. His profession experience includes Silicon Valley hi-tech startups, Research Fellow at DuPont Electronics Imaging, DE, and Bell Lab research, Holmdel NJ. Dr. Shan was a co-founder and CTO of Magnolia Broadband, Inc., a CDMA handset smart antenna company in NJ. While at Magnolia, he was involved in fund raising, negotiate with venture capital firms, managing productR&D team and business development.  He was co-founder and principle for several high tech startups after Magnolia venture.

Dr. Shan was a major contributor to Bell Labs Wireless LAN, Gigabit Ethernet transceiver and Software Radio development while he worked for Bell Labs research. He was a representative of Lucent Bell Labs in Gigabit Ethernet (IEEE 802.3),  and Wireless LAN (IEEE 802.11a,b) standard committee and major contributor of Lucent/Bell Labs’ proposals that was the foundation work for Wi-Fi which was named one of the most important 20 innovations of Internet era by USA Today. He has numerous patents in the area of wireless and broadband communication, smart antenna/ passive radar, 3G and 4G wireless systems.

Dr. Shan received his BS in Automatic Control and Radio Engineering Department, Harbin Institution of Technology in China, MSEE, MS in Statistics and Ph. D. Degrees in EE from Stanford University.

 

Zhiming Song

As VP of Operations at Medallion, Mr. Song expanded the China market by finding high potential local companies and guiding them to financial support and a NASDAQ listing. Mr. Song conducted financial evaluation for customers and helped them with effective financial and business strategies through product integration, marketing and operation optimization. He provided consultant services in the areas merge, purchase and asset separation.

Mr. Song developed potential customers in e-business, internet, manufacturing, sales, R&D, mining, construction and real estate areas. He successfully finished several listing projects: eg. Oriental Signal (NASDAQ: TSTC), Weifang Xinde (NASDAQ: WTFS), etc. Mr. Song established successful co-operation relationships with banks, financing organizations and related government departments.

Mr. Song received his BA in Radio Engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology, and Master in Communication and Electronics from Harbin Institute of Technology

 

Howard J. Katz Esq.

Mr. Katz graduated from UCLA with a B.A. in Mathematics, minor in Industrial Arts, went on to receive a J.D. from Whittier Law School. From 1975 to 1980 was employed as a City Council Deputy to Councilman Zev Yaroslavsky. Upon leaving Yaroslavsky’s offices primarily practiced as an attorney in the field of land use entitlements, construction and environmental law for over 21 years covering City, State, and Federal regulations and served several nonprofits as a housing consultant. From June 2001 to June 2011 employed by Casden Properties as a Vice President of Community Development responsible for coordinating and obtaining entitlements for the various company projects as well as coordination of the design development / construction drawings. As the housing consultant, was responsible for all aspects of the development, from identifying potential sites to obtaining permits, State, Federal, & Local financing, and construction management. In addition, was the lead land use attorney for numerous regional shopping centers in the Los Angeles area responsible for the entitlements, permits and construction management. Projects included the Westside Pavilion, Pavilion II, Beverly Connection, as well as numerous renovations such as Century City Shopping Center, The Brown Center, Marina Pacifica and the Beverly Center.

Appointed by three Presidents as a US delegate to the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe. Master’s and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Pennsylvania’s Department of International Relations.

 

Liu Yajing

Mr. Liu was the Chairman of China Cinda Asset Management Co., Ltd. , the largest asset management company in China.  He was in charge of purchase of foreign currency non-performing assets; the recovery of foreign currency debt; the collection of foreign currency non-performing loans to the formation of assets leased or other forms of transfer, reorganization; foreign currency debt to equity, and holding enterprise stage holdings; The issuance of financial bonds, loans to financial institutions; China Banking Regulatory Commission and other regulatory agencies approved other business.

 

Raymond J. Termini Esq.

Mr. Termini is an attorney in the field of international business. He has practiced law in the United States and in the Arabian Gulf region for more than forty-four years.  For fifteen years he was a partner with Patton Boggs LLP until his retirement from the firm in August, 2013.  Mr. Termini opened the firm’s project office in Dubai in 2007 and lived and practiced law in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Doha until he returned to Dallas in mid-2010. He also practiced law in Kuwait for two years following its liberation in 1991. Mr. Termini devoted a significant portion of his practice to representing U.S. and Arabian Gulf clients in their business and real estate matters in the U.S. and the Middle East.  As a part of this representation he worked with clients to structure complex commercial transactions. He continues to counsel clients on real estate and general business matters in the U.S. and abroad. Mr. Termini has authored several articles on the real estate laws of Dubai and the UAE which were published in The American Lawyer and in The Dubai Real Times, the official publication of the Dubai Real Estate Regulatory Authority. Currently, Mr. Termini is a member of the Global Forum of the DFW World Affairs Council, the Dallas Committee on Foreign Relations, and The John Goodwin Tower Center for Political Studies at Southern Methodist University.  He also serves on the Board of Directors of North Texas Ethics Association and on the Executive Committee of the American Jewish Committee for the Dallas region. Mr. Termini holds a Masters of Comparative Law from the Dedman School of Law of Southern Methodist University, a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Texas School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Tulane University.

 

Yuan Huaizhong

Serves as Chairman of Huarong Rongde Asset Management Co., Ltd.  Mr. Yuan has worked in Shanghai Stock Exchange, China Securities Regulatory Commission and other institutions, in the supervision of listed companies and IPO issuance audit and so on. He has more than 13 years of financial, investment and management experience, for the special assets of the field of investment has a wealth of experience.

Mr. Yuan graduated from Fudan University, received a doctorate in economics, with senior economist title.

 

Itzhak Oren

Mr. Oren is a Minister for Congressional Affairs in the Israeli Embassy in Washington, the most influence positions among Israel policy makers. Mr. Oren served as an advisor to the Prime Ministers Samir and Rabin. He was also a former Ambassador of Nigeria. Mr. Oren holds a B.A. in Economy and M.A. in International Public Administration from Boston University.
